Who We Are
Stephen Ramsey, PT, DPT, CCS created this platform because he lived the gap firsthand. He walked into the ICU, encountered patients on IABPs and ECMO circuits, and found that no standardized training existed for the clinicians responsible for moving them. So he built it himself — first the Ramsey Protocol, then the ECMO Mobility Guidelines, and now this.
Beyond critical care mobility, Stephen has dedicated a significant part of his career to expanding diagnostic ultrasound education for physical therapists, athletic trainers, and other allied health clinicians — bringing point-of-care ultrasound skills to providers who have historically been excluded from formal imaging training.
Every course, mentorship, and resource here exists to give clinicians the evidence-based tools they need to practice at the highest level — safely, confidently, and without having to figure it out alone. We make education accessible for students from all over the world. Our doors are open to the students of all ages and any levels of experience. Our mission is to develop individuals, inspire creative passion, and increase students' self-confidence.
